He’s moving them in a circular motion so you can see the original mint luster. That’s how you know whether it is circulated or uncirculated – a pretty big deal to collectors.

NiceCoins – do you collect coins in general? Foreign? I hardly in my lifetime have ever found nor seen American circulated gold pieces that were well circulated to such grades at or below
VG-8 and that’s really stretching it for I have not really seen no coin graded below VF in my time. You seen to have fun collecting coins – I heard you said you’ve been doing this for some 10 years at the point this video was made. How do you feel about silver? It’s running low in reserves everywhere.

  15. hackerhater says:

it depends on how much the coin weighs and yeah, sure you can sell it but it would’nt be much more than you bought it for.

  16. ShockyB91 says:

question please…do you feel that todays modern bullion coins like eagles, buffalos, maple leafs etc. should be sent in to get graded as they really dont have much of a numismatic value and more of just a way of holding bullion in a more collectible form than in bars????

  21. kingofmasters says:
